Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we currently accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide clear photos/videos of the package and product as proof of damage or incorrect delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and product-safety reasons.

Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind, preference, or simply not liking the fragrance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at aw7sum@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
